THE BRIDE GUIDE:
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?
We recommend every bride and/or groom has a trial 2-6 weeks in advance from the wedding. This will ensure we get the exact depth of color you desire based on the natural coloring of your skin right now. Also, while skin reactions are rare, they can happen. Trial tans are a MUST so we can be sure that come your wedding day there are no questions. Some brides love to do a few trials to really decide what depth will look best with their dress!
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY WEDDING TAN?
Book your session 2-3 days in advance of your wedding day as determined with your artist at your trial session. As soon as you know you want to tan with us, i suggest booking ASAP. Spots during wedding season fill up fast - so it’s best if you and your bridal party coordinate and book your appointments sooner rather than later!
CAN YOU COVER TAN LINES?
We can help camouflage and blur tan lines, but we cannot correct them. Summer / Fall brides - i highly recommend keeping this in mind and wear your SPF daily & reapply when necessary. One single day in the sun can cause skin damage that can be seen for months. BE SUN SMART!
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY OTHER APPOINTMENTS?
Facial, Wax, Mani - Pedis, Massage, Lashes ETC should be completed before your session. We should be the LAST beauty professional you visit before the big day! Your other services usually use products that can strip the tan etc. IF you have already scheduled your mani - pedi, i would suggest only a polish change on the toes vs soaking your feet and legs in the pedicure bowl. Dip, Acrylic, Gel X should be fine, just refrain from the lotion or oils they use at the end!
HOW CAN I BEST MAINTAIN MY TAN?
All of our post care applies for your bridal tans.
I do recommend refraining from a bra or tight tops as much as possible before the big day. We will send you off with some powder to apply under your clothing to help keep a barrier for your tan for your rehearsal/welcome party events.
